As an architectural studio, Claudio Modola Design is sometimes asked if any of the properties in our portfolio are on the market for sale. In reality the properties designed by the studio rarely come up for sale, unless they are investment properties specifically designed for re sale.

However, should a Claudio Modola designed property come up for sale it is featured here, in addition to a select number of properties or plots of land which we, as design professionals, feel merit interest.
